Protecting your application data and private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to the REDAGraph

Office Add-in, REDAGraph SaaS product subscriptions, redagraph.com, and governs data collection and

usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to REDAGraph

include the REDAGraph Office Add-in, the REDAGraph SaaS product subscription, and redagraph.com.

REDAGraph is the registered Trademark used in the REDAGraph product line and service offering.

The business entity Makes IT Work reserves all intellectual property rights related to the REDAGraph product line and SaaS subscriptions.

By using and installing the REDAGraph products and or services, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

 

Collection of your Personal Information

To provide you with better products and services, REDAGraph may collect personally identifiable

information, such as your:

-    First and Last Name

-    Mailing Address

-    Email Address

-    Phone Number

-    Domain Names

-    IP addresses, web browser type, and other non-user-specific network data for product support servicing.

 

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However,

you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use REDAGraph

products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our websites; (b)

installing or subscribing to a REDAGraph product or service; (c) sending us an email message; (d) submitting your credit card or other

payment information when ordering and or purchasing products and services related to REDAGraph. To

wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you concerning services

and products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal

information in the future.

 

Use of your Personal Information

REDAGraph collects and uses your personal information, provided by your consent, in the operation,

servicing, and delivery of the REDAGraph products and services you request and or subscribe to.

REDAGraph products will NOT use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other

products or services available from Makes IT Work and its affiliates unless you have consented to receive such offerings. 

 

Sharing Information with Third Parties

REDAGraph products and services do not collect personal information for selling, renting, or leasing in

customer lists to third parties.

 

REDAGraph may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or

postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited

from using your personal information except to provide these services to REDAGraph, and they are

required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

 

REDAGraph may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the

good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with

legal process served on REDAGraph, as owned by Makes IT Work; (b) protect and defend the rights or

property of REDGraph and or Makes IT Work; and or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the

personal safety of users of REDAGraph and Makes IT Work, or the public.

 

Tracking User Behavior

REDAGraph products may track user interactions and usage of REDAGraph products in order to provide

support services and application analytics. Any application usage data will not be shared, sold, or rented

with any third parties unless required by a Court Order. 

Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by the REDAGraph

application or services. This information can include IP address, browser type, domain names, access

times, and referring website addresses used to access a REDAGraph product or Service. This information

is used for the operation of the Service, to maintain the quality of the Service, and to provide general

statistics regarding the use of the REDAGraph products.

The REDAGraph products and services may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that we are

not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be

aware when they leave our products and to read the privacy statements of any other sites such external

links may collect.

 

Security of your Personal Information and Application Data

REDAGraph applications and services make every effort to secure your application data and personal

information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. REDAGraph applications store all client data in

encrypted databases and or data stores. REDAGraph products and services make use of SSL Protocols

when transferring over the internet or network interfaces, where applicable.

When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to REDAGraph related services, 

it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols.

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration

of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless

network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal

information and application data, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations

inherent to the Internet that are beyond our control; and (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and

all information and data exchanged between you and us through REDAGRaph cannot be guaranteed.

 

Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

•    Delete your personal information from our records

•    Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their record

•    Delete any application data related to REDAGraph subscriptions and provide, upon written request,

unencrypted data as it existed when your subscription is canceled.

 

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is

necessary to:

•    Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a

written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service

requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship

with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;

•    Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or

prosecute those responsible for that activity;

•    Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;

•    Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;

•    Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your

relationship with us;

•    Comply with an existing legal obligation; or

•    Otherwise, use your personal information internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the

context in which you provided the information.

 

Children Under Thirteen

REDAGraph does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age

of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to

use and or install REDAGraph products or service offerings. Additionally, Makes IT Work must receive

approval from the parent or guardian in writing at the address listed at the end of this Policy.

 

Email Communications

From time to time, REDAGraph may contact you via email to provide announcements, promotional

offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and other general communication.  

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from

REDAGraph, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button in any

email received. It is not possible to opt out of communication related to REDAGraph product support, as

provided for in any Service Level Agreements or Support Agreements approved by the user of a

REDAGraph product or Service.

 

External Data Storage Sites

We may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have

contracted. Any data and or information will be stored in an encrypted form.

 

Changes to this Statement

Makes IT Work, the owner of REDAGraph products and services reserves the right to change this Privacy

Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal

information and or application data by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your

account by placing a prominent notice on our site and or by updating any privacy information on this

page. Your continued use of the REDAGraph product or services will constitute your: (a)

acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that

Policy.
